• Developing and monitoring KPI, productivity analysis against program and budget, and implementing cost tracking and monthly cost forecasting.

• Ezdan Village 20 is sprawling across 48891 m2 in Qatar with a total cost of 70 million AUD which consists of infrastructure and construction works as below. Earthworks, Piles, Structural and Fit-out works for 13 townhouses, 78 attached villas, and a clubhouse. Underground services and utilities networks, Road pavement, and landscape.

• Ezdan Oasis sprawling across 1 million m2 in Qatar and the total value is 1.4 billion AUD which consists of infrastructure and construction works as below. Earthworks, Structural, and Fit-out works for 347 commercial and residential buildings, a hypermarket, a school, and 4 clubhouses. Construction of 20 km of Urban Roads, landscape, street lighting, signals, main power station, 63 substations, 6 underground septic tanks, and 5 underground domestic water tanks. Services and utilities’ networks.

‍Key Responsibilities:‍

• Coordinating all construction and infrastructure activities, preparing 3-6 weeks look ahead schedule for the project activities, defining safe work statements, SWMS, and ensuring that all work packages comply with the updated approved designs, contract requirements, specifications, scope, and engineering standards.
• Dealing with subcontractors, managing their works on site, verifying their claims and variations, and checking their invoices according to the scope of work, contractual agreements, specifications, and engineering standards.
• Developing the project execution plan for each project phase and reviewing cost reports and cash flow statements with the senior management to determine the most appropriate line of action due to cost efficiency.
• Leading and directing the teamwork, proactively solving problems, providing technical assistance, sharing discussions with them to find innovative solutions for complex challenges, and encouraging them to achieve the project goals with the desirable values.
• Monitoring and observing the work quality and performance rate to have all measures associated with the scope of work.
• Supporting and leading a strong safety culture and ensuring that all staff maintains their health and safety regulations on site.

Ezdan Village 38 is sprawling across 67500 m2 in Qatar with a total value is 82 million AUD consists of infrastructure and construction works as below.

• Earthworks and Structural and Fit-out for 10 townhouses (G+2+roof), 134 attached villas, clubhouse, Underground (septic tank, irrigation water tank, domestic water tank, and breakwater tank), 4 electrical substations, services networks, urban roads, and landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and checking work day-to-day and ensuring all site activities meet the required specifications, standards, updated drawings, comply with the company safety, quality policies, and procedures, within the budget, and on time.
• Control quality through inspections, testing, and dealing QA procedures as per the company’s roles such as ITPs and MDR.
• Coordinating, executing, and monitoring all construction and infrastructure works on site and obtaining approval from QC and consultants.
• Dealing with subcontractors, managing their works on site, and ensuring that all deliverables comply with requirements, scope of work, contractual obligations, and approved drawings.
• Dealing with suppliers and ensuring that all materials delivered on-site comply with material submittal due to contract specifications and requirements.
