Project: Thebarton Police Barracks Relocation project – AUD $90 million

Responsibilities:

• Managing structural packages on the job including piling, precast, and concrete works. Responsible forOverall execution of the package from pre-start meeting to the handover of the work.
• Developing shop drawing programme to receive the shop drawings on time from Subcontractor.
• Generating lot plans and scheduling activities to ensure timely completion of construction with maximumefficiency.
• Managing Requests for Information (RFI) and other subcontractor issues through proactive communicationwith consultants and subcontractors. Implemented a system to effectively manage and track RFIs.
• Acting as the Quality Manager for the project, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards throughout.
• Overseeing quality assurance and control activities such as Quality Control Management System (QCMS),Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and Quality Assurance Reporting Systems (QARS) to achieve superiorquality standards.
• Proactively managing consultants’ inspection to comply with engineer’s specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Tendered & let few minor work packages, managing the on-boarding process of the subcontractors.
• Performing quantity take-offs for various project items to strategically reduce procurement costs.
• Assisted senior services engineer in managing the service packages such as electrical, communications, mechanical, hydraulics, and fire.
• Conducted thorough review of shop drawings, samples, and technical data, in accordance with Australian standards and specifications resulting in reduced procurement and construction costs.
• Provided vital support to the Senior Services Engineer in overseeing Building Services operations from inception to completion.
• Resolved NCC requirements to achieve building compliance with the Building Surveyor

Project: DCI Data Centre - AUD$27 million

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated effective leadership and management skills in achieving Practical Completion by overseeing the handover process to superintendent which included delivering critical requirements such as O&M documentation, training, spares, and assets register as stipulated in the Head Contract.
• Adhered to ASHRAE standards for Commissioning, test script reviewing and witnessing.
• Created and implemented project reports such as Defect management plan, Defect liability period plan.
• Achieved ASIO T4 security standards by implementing a robust Construction Security Management Plan
